Welcome to 4rabet. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 4rabet ("we", "us", "the Platform", "4rabet") governing your access to and use of the 4rabet website, mobile application, and all associated services, including sports betting, live casino, slot games, and any other gaming or entertainment products offered through the Platform.

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account.

These Terms are written in English and apply to all users of the Platform, including those accessing from Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and all other locations in Malaysia. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the 4rabet Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real money funds and/or bonus funds held within a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, free spins, or bonus amounts credited to a Player's Account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and address verification process required by 4rabet to comply with anti-fraud and regulatory obligations.
• "Platform" means the 4rabet website (https://4rabet.casa), its mobile application, and all related services.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by the Player using a verified payment method, as distinct from Bonus Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before any derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real money or bonus funds staked on a sporting event, casino game, or other gaming outcome available on the Platform.

To register and maintain an account on the 4rabet Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 4rabet enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 21 years in accordance with responsible gambling best practices applicable to Malaysian users. Providing false date-of-birth information constitutes fraud.
• You are a natural person (not a corporate entity) acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online betting is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously had an account on the 4rabet Platform closed for breach of these Terms or for any fraudulent activity.
• You are not employed by 4rabet or by any entity affiliated with 4rabet, nor are you an immediate family member of such a person.
• You are registering of your own free will and are not acting under duress or on behalf of an organised gambling enterprise.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the 4rabet Platform. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") by the same individual, household, IP address, or device is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Upon registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to promptly update your account information should any of these details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 4rabet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

• You must notify 4rabet immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
• 4rabet reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any Account at its sole discretion, including where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or Terms violation.
• Accounts that remain inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee or Account closure in accordance with 4rabet's dormant account policy, with advance notice provided to the registered email address.

4rabet is required to implement Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and to protect the integrity of the Platform. All Players must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed.

The following documents may be requested as part of the KYC process:

• Proof of Identity: A valid Malaysian Government-issued photo identification document, such as a MyKad (National Identity Card), Driver's Licence, or valid Passport.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence issued within the previous three (3) months, displaying your full name and residential address in Malaysia.
• Selfie with ID: A photograph of the account holder holding their photo identification document.
• Proof of Payment Method: Where required, 4rabet may request verification of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of the e-wallet account or bank statement).

4rabet aims to complete KYC review within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) hours of document submission. The Platform reserves the right to request additional documentation and to place a withdrawal hold pending satisfactory verification.

4rabet supports a range of Malaysian payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank FPX, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, DuitNow, and USDT TRC20. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated for cryptocurrency transactions.

• Minimum Deposit: RM 30 (or equivalent) per transaction, subject to the minimum applicable for the selected payment method.
• Minimum Withdrawal: RM 50 (or equivalent) per transaction.
• Processing Times: E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within five (5) minutes. Bank transfers via DuitNow or FPX typically settle within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes. Direct bank wire transfers may take up to sixty (60) minutes. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to blockchain confirmation times, typically fifteen (15) to thirty (30) minutes for USDT TRC20.
• Withdrawal Method Matching: Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to platform policy at the time of the withdrawal request.
• Transaction Fees: 4rabet does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Network fees applicable to cryptocurrency transactions are the sole responsibility of the Player.

The following general betting rules apply to all wagers placed on the 4rabet Platform, including sports betting (Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, UFC, and all other available markets) and live casino games:

• All bets are final once confirmed. No bet may be cancelled or amended by the Player after it has been accepted by the Platform, except where 4rabet expressly provides a cash-out or bet edit function for a specific market.
• 4rabet reserves the right to void any bet where it is determined that: (a) the market was offered in error or at incorrect odds; (b) there is evidence of manipulation of the event on which the bet was placed; (c) the bet was placed using a technical exploit or software vulnerability.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per account. 4rabet reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or payout on any single event, accumulator, or market at its discretion.
• In the event of a technical failure, network interruption, or force majeure event that results in the loss of betting data, 4rabet's internal records shall be considered conclusive evidence of all transactions.
• Live betting (in-play) odds are subject to rapid change. 4rabet is not responsible for delays in displaying current odds caused by the Player's internet connection, device, or browser.

4rabet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (e.g., X10, X15, X20) before any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated clearly on each promotion page.
• Maximum Bet: While bonus funds are active, the maximum stake per single bet is capped at MYR 300 (or as specified per promotion). Bets exceeding this cap will result in the forfeiture of all active bonus funds.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to clearing a wagering requirement. Slot games generally contribute 100%, while table games, live dealer games, and sports bets may contribute between 10% and 50%. Game contribution rates are displayed on the relevant promotion page.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonus funds must be wagered within the stated expiry period (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of credit). Expired bonus funds are removed from the Account automatically without prior notice.
• One Bonus Per Household: Only one active welcome bonus is permitted per household, IP address, device, or payment method. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times using different accounts constitute bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture and Account suspension.
• Sticky Bonuses: Where a bonus is designated as "sticky", the bonus principal cannot be withdrawn — only the winnings generated from it are eligible for cashout once wagering requirements are met.

4rabet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Manipulation of promotional terms — including but not limited to bonus hunting, arbitrage betting, or colluding with other Players — is prohibited and may result in permanent Account closure.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 4rabet Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all Account balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform (multi-accounting).
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform without express written consent from 4rabet.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to obtain an unfair advantage or financial benefit.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate the outcome of games, particularly in poker or other competitive formats.
• Abusing bonuses through systematic exploitation of promotional terms (bonus hunting, arbitrage betting).
• Engaging in any conduct that is harmful, abusive, or threatening toward 4rabet staff members.

4rabet is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing a safe, sustainable gaming environment for all Malaysian players. The Platform provides the following responsible gambling tools, accessible through the account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control their spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum permitted losses over a defined period. Once the limit is reached, no further bets can be placed until the period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may set session duration alerts to be notified when they have been logged in for a specified period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications reminding Players of the duration of their current session and their net position.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may apply for self-exclusion for periods of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, 1 year, or indefinitely. During self-exclusion, the Account will be locked and no marketing communications will be sent. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt.
• Account Cooling-Off: A shorter break of 24, 48, or 72 hours may be requested without permanent Account closure.

The personal data collected during registration and KYC processes is used solely for the purposes of account management, payment processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance. 4rabet does not sell personal data to third parties and does not use Player data for purposes beyond those stated in the Privacy Policy.

All data is stored using industry-standard AES-256 encryption. Access to Player data is restricted to authorised personnel on a need-to-know basis. Players may exercise their data rights — including the right to access, rectify, or request deletion of their data — by contacting 4rabet support.

All intellectual property on the 4rabet Platform, including but not limited to software code, website design, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, service marks, game content, text, and data compilations, is owned by or licensed to 4rabet. No element of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, published, or transmitted in any form without prior written authorisation from 4rabet.

The 4rabet name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of the Platform operator. Any unauthorised use of these marks — including in connection with third-party websites, social media accounts, or marketing materials — is prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to sub-license, sell, reproduce, or exploit Platform content for commercial purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 4rabet and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, revenue, or profits not directly resulting from Platform error.
• Losses arising from technical failures, service interruptions, or force majeure events beyond 4rabet's reasonable control (including internet outages, natural disasters, and regulatory action).
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain secure login credentials.
• Losses arising from a Player's reliance on any odds, statistics, or informational content displayed on the Platform.

4rabet's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from these Terms or from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

A Player may close their Account at any time by contacting 4rabet support via Live Chat. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining Real Money Funds balance (above the minimum withdrawal threshold) will be returned to the Player via their registered withdrawal method within ten (10) business days. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account closure.

4rabet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has:

• Breached any provision of these Terms in a material way;
• Engaged in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct;
• Provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Behaved in an abusive, threatening, or harassing manner toward Platform staff; or
• Used the Platform in a way that compromises the security or integrity of the Platform or other Players.

Where an Account is closed by 4rabet due to breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where fraud or criminal conduct is established, the balance shall be forfeited and the matter referred to the appropriate Malaysian authorities.

4rabet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 4rabet will provide reasonable advance notice to registered Players via the email address on file, a notification displayed upon login, or a notice published on this page.

Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors, formatting updates, or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause) may take effect immediately upon publication without individual notice.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and request Account closure.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 4rabet is licensed to operate, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply to Malaysian users under applicable Malaysian law.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and 4rabet, the Parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation via the 4rabet customer support channel. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days, either Party may refer the matter to the dispute resolution mechanism applicable under 4rabet's operating licence.

Players in Malaysia retain the right to seek recourse through applicable Malaysian consumer protection channels. Nothing in these Terms seeks to limit or exclude any non-waivable rights that apply to Malaysian consumers under statute.
